The SAINT® PURE line of cold smoked salmon and steelhead trout represents 'haute cuisine' at it's best – an artful product that embodies premium quality and innovation. Made in Miami with FIRE + PASSION and using only 4 simple ingredients - the salmon is hand cured with pure sea salt + brown sugar, then naturally wood smoked. Our process involves no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. Presented in stylish, contemporary packaging, SAINT® makes a statement amongst the more traditional offerings on the market. The two new additions – COLD SMOKED STEELHEAD TROUT and NOVA LOX SMOKED SALMON – are inspired by Miami's inviting turquoise ocean views and pink hued sunsets. SAINT PURE SALMON is hand-crafted in our new ‘AA’ BRCGS accredited facility in Miami using fresh (never frozen) Atlantic salmon (ASC certified upon request). We hand-cure with only sea salt & brown sugar and gently smoke using locally sourced, re-claimed orange & grapefruit woods from Florida citrus growers. The use of these citrus woods characterizes the salmon with a light fruit wood smoke flavor. SAINT PURE SALMON is creative ‘haute cuisine’ - an artful and elaborate product that encapsulates premium quality and innovation.

SAINT® Fruit Wood Cold Smoked Salmon is hand-crafted in our new ‘AA’ BRCGS accredited facility in Miami using fresh (never frozen) Atlantic salmon (ASC certified upon request). We hand-cure with only sea salt & brown sugar and gently smoke using a carefully chosen fruit wood blend. The use of this blend infuses the salmon with a distinctive subtle sweetness. Retail and wholesale presentations are custom made to order and available in two of our slice profiles – vertical and diagonal.
