SAINT® Nova Lox Cold Smoked Salmon is hand-crafted in our new ‘AA’ BRCGS accredited facility in Miami using fresh (never frozen) Atlantic salmon. We hand-cure with only sea salt & brown sugar and gently smoke using a carefully chosen blend of natural oak wood. We classify our salmon in three smoke profiles, SAINT® Nova Lox Cold Smoked Salmon has a delicate smoked profile. The packs are custom made to order and available in our diagonal slice profile.
