We hand-cure with only sea salt & brown sugar and gently smoke using English oak wood chips. We classify our salmon in three smoke profiles, SAINT® Oak Wood Cold Smoked Salmon has a bold robust profile. The packs are custom made to order and available in our diagonal slice profile.
