SAINT® Fruit Wood Cold Smoked Salmon is hand-crafted in our new ‘AA’ BRCGS accredited facility in Miami using fresh (never frozen) Atlantic salmon (ASC certified upon request). We hand-cure with only sea salt & brown sugar and gently smoke using a carefully chosen fruit wood blend. The use of this blend infuses the salmon with a distinctive subtle sweetness. Retail and wholesale presentations are custom made to order and available in two of our slice profiles – vertical and diagonal.

The smoked salmon fillet is precision cut perpendicular to the direction of the spine cutting the flesh across the grain.
The smoked salmon is sliced diagonally at a shallow angle through the fillet creating a D-shaped slice.
